Field Trip Guidelines:
1. A minimum of 15 pizza lovers is required for all guided tours. Any group that brings less than 15 people will be charged the MINIMUM of $75. Please call if you can not bring the minimum ammount of people and we will see if we can partner you with another group (the other group must give permission).
2. Once a tour has been reserved other groups can not join your tour time. They are reserved on a first come first served basis. If your desired tour time has already been taken by another group you can call our office and we can see if the other group is ok with partnering with you.
3. Our field trips are conducted mostly outside. If the weather doesn't cooperate & you wish to reschedule, please call early. We'll do our best to reschedule you for another time.
4. Payment for your party is due upon arrival at Harvest Farm. We accept cash, check and credit card (Visa and Master Card).
5. Don't forget, this is a farm. Always watch for bees and fire ants, and other critters! Be sensitive to those with hay and grass allergies.
